Sorry I haven't posted in a while. Ever since I changed to Exit Realty Central I have been busier than I ever have been. Seems like every day is bringing me new opportunities. You may hear that the market is slowing, well, I am seeing things a bit differently.I'm listing a duplex tonight and taking along my trusty Stanley Fat Max Laser Measurer. It is one of the best tools a Realtor can have in their technology tool box. I can measure a home in minutes. I've been using it since last year. An absolutely great product!
Just got Kyle home from a dental appointment (no cavities!) and getting ready to head out for the evening. I'll post more frequently, I promise.
